My Neighbor Totoro Nail Art Stickers 

Step 1
Paint you nails a uniform base colour. 
 
Step 2
Use tweezers to lift your nail art decal design from the backing sheet.
 
Step 3
Place the nail decal using your tweezers and lay the nail decal on top of your nail.
 
Step 4
Brush on a layer of topcoat to cover the entire nail and allow it to dry.
